What’s Included in Packages:

• A proofing gallery within 5 business days to pick your fave shots. Final edits ready in 7–10 business days after selection.
• High-res images (3000px long edge) delivered in JPEG format.

Payment Info:

• Full payment (non-refundable) is required to lock in your spot.

• We accept online payment or e-transfer. Send it to hnwedding.com@hnwedding.com within 1 hour of booking to confirm your appointment. Otherwise, the slot will be automatically canceled.

Booking Details:

• One family per session. If you have multiple families, please book separately.
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals will either shorten your session or result in automatic cancellation without rescheduling.
• No rescheduling, and payments cannot be credited to other sessions.
• No-shows mean you forfeit your session—no refunds or credits.
• Sessions and pick-ups (if needed) happen at 120-12122 Horseshoe Way Richmond (Google map need to type 12148 Horseshoe Way)
• Parking: Limited free spots in our parkade.
• Max of 5 participants (2 adults and 3 kids/pets).
• Sorry, no extra guests allowed.
• Well-behaved dogs/pets are welcome! But if your dog is hard to handle, we kindly ask you not to bring them.

Digital Edits:

• Retouching (if needed) includes skin touch-ups, blemish/scar removal, teeth whitening, slimming/reshaping, etc.
• Each edit also includes color correction, image enhancements, and final polish.

1. What types of Christmas mini sessions do you offer?
   We offer beautifully curated Christmas-themed mini sessions designed for families, couples, and individuals. Our set is perfect for capturing festive memories that can be used for holiday cards or as gifts.
2. If we need to change our plans, are the mini sessions refundable or can we reschedule?
   Our mini sessions are non-refundable due to the limited spots available. However, we understand that life happens! If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule to a different date or time, subject to availability.
3. What’s the maximum number of participants allowed? Can grandparents join the session?
   Our mini sessions are designed for up to 4-5 participants. Grandparents are absolutely welcome to join in! For larger groups, please contact us directly, and we can discuss options that accommodate everyone.
4. Are pets allowed during the photoshoot?
   Yes, we love including pets in the session! Just make sure they are well-behaved and comfortable in a studio setting. Let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
5. Can I wear outdoor shoes during the shoot?
   To keep our studio clean and in the best condition, we kindly ask that you remove outdoor shoes before entering the set. Feel free to bring clean shoes or slippers specifically for the shoot if needed.
6. Is 20 minutes really enough time?
   Absolutely! Our 20-minute sessions are designed to be efficient and fun, perfect for capturing those special moments for families of 4-5 people. If you’d prefer a more relaxed pace or want to include more poses, you can always book our 40-minute session.
7. How long does it take to receive the proofs?
   Proofs will be available within 7-10 business days after your session. You’ll receive a link to review and choose your favorite images for final editing.
8. What’s the turnaround time for the final edited images?
   After you select your favorites, we aim to deliver the final retouched images within 7-10 business days. We’ll let you know if there are any delays, but we do our best to work quickly so you can enjoy your photos as soon as possible!
9. How much do additional images cost?
   Additional images are priced at $30 each. You can purchase as many as you’d like beyond the package’s included photos.
10. What’s the price for photo retouching?
    Basic retouching is included in the package. If you require more extensive editing, such as background changes or advanced retouching, we can provide custom quotes based on your specific requests.
11. Where is your studio located?
